HEALTHY FRUIT SALAD
You Can't Even Tell It's Healthy
A quick tasty fruit salad perfect for summer or as an everyday snack! This recipe only takes 15 minutes!
TOTAL TIME: 15 MINUTES
QUANTITY: 2 SERVINGS OR 2 SMALL BOWLS
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey(if you’re vegan use maple syrup)
1 cup strawberries(not frozen)
2 kiwis
2 oranges sliced(cutie orange slices are recommended)
½ cup grapes
½ cup blueberries
MATERIALS:
Chef’s knife
Cutting board
Large bowl
Whisk
Large cooking spoon
RECIPE:
Make sure to wash your fruits beforehand
In a large bowl add lemon juice and honey(maple syrup is a good substitute if you’re vegan)
Whisk the lemon juice and honey until completely combined
Chop strawberries into halves on a cutting board and add into the large bowl
Peel kiwis and dice them before adding them to the large bowl
Peel oranges and add slices into the large bowl
Add grapes and blueberries into the bowl
Using a large cooking spoon mix the fruits with the lemon and honey mixture until all fruits are coated in the mixture
Place in bowls to serve and enjoy!

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Step One
Gather all your ingredients. This should be 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup, 1cup of strawberries, 2 kiwis, 2 oranges sliced or 2 cuties, 1/2 cup of grapes, and 1/2 cup of blueberries. Make sure to wash all fruit without a peel.
Now gather all of your materials. This will be a large bowl, a large stirring spoon or cooking spoon, a whisk, a chef's knife, and a cutting board.
Step Two
Add the lemon juice and honey into a bowl and whisk until fully combined
Step Three
Chop strawberries into halves or fourths. Then peel and dice the kiwis. Add both into the bowl.
Step Four
Peel oranges and add the slices into the bowl. Add the rest of the fruits (grapes and blueberries) into the bowl aswell.
Step Five
Using a stirring or cooking spoon mix all the fruits together with the honey and lemon mixture until the whole fruit salad is covered. Now you're done! Serve in bowls and enjoy.
