INGREDIENTS

1 large croissant
1 large egg
Butter
MATERIALS
Bowl
Fork
Chef's Knife
Pan/ Skillet
Flipping Spatula
RECIPE
Cut your croissant in half but not all the way through
Place the croissant in toaster for 1 min
Wash your egg and crack it in a bowl
Whip the egg for 30 - 40 seconds
Heat your pan on medium heat
Butter the pan and pour egg slowly
Once the egg moves as one, use a flipping spatula to flip the egg
After 2 min take the egg out of the pan and place is on a plate
Turn off your stove's heat
Butter you pan again and put the croissant in the pan
Sandwich the egg between croissant halves
Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
