EASY QUICK GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN

Flavorful and easy recipe you can have for dinner. This recipe only needs 20 minutes!

TOTAL TIME NEEDED: 20 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 15 MIN
PREP TIME: 5 MIN
QUANTITY: 4 PEOPLE

Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded or curt evenly

  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder

  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder

  • ¼ tsp Paprika

  • ¼ tsp Chili powder

  • ¼ Dried Oregano

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Pinch of Pepper

  • ½ cup Chicken Stock

  • 2 cloves Garlic (Finely Minced)

  • 3 tbsp Butter 

MATERIALS:

List Title.

  • Large Skillet and lid

  • Cutting board

  • Knife

  • 1/4 teaspoon measuring spoon

  • 1 tablespoon measuring spoon

  • 1/2 cup measuring cup

  • Slotted Spatula

  • Big Spoon 

RECIPE:

List Title.

  1. First Prep, Cut, and season Chicken with spices, then add to skillet with olive oil. Cook over medium heat and let sit for 5 minutes with the lid on. 

  2. Once 5 minutes is up, flip with a slotted spatula and let sit for another 5 minutes with the lid on. Make sure the sides are cooked and Browned (for chicken not pounded or cut make sure to sear an extra minute or two)

  3. After 5 minutes is up remove chicken from skillet and set on plate

  4. Set Burner to Medium low and add Chicken stock and let bubble violently for couple seconds

  5. Add butter and allow to melt while stirring constantly, Make sur ebutter is melted completely before moving onto next step

  6. Add minced garlic and stir constantly for 1 minute

  7. Turn the heat off and add back the chicken, flipping it around in the garlic butter sauce, and spooning the sauce over the chicken.

  8. Serve and Enjoy ;]
