EASY FRIED RICE

Fried rice is a delicious dinner, and this recipe shows you how to make it in 20 min! All you need is some veggies, eggs and rice.

INGREDIENTS:
- ½ green bell pepper(optional)
- ½ onion(optional)
- 3 carrots shredded/ â…” cup frozen carrots
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 green onion (optional)
- 1 ½ cup of rice (cooked or uncooked)
- 2 large eggs
- Soy Sauce
- Sriracha Sauce
- Sesame Seed
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
MATERIALS:
- Wok or pan needed
- Large cooking spoon
- Pot for boiling rice(if making rice fresh)
- Strainer
- Cutting board (If cutting vegetables)
- Knife(if cutting vegetables)
- 2 large bowls
RECIPE:
1. Peel garlic and mince and keep to the side
2. Cut bell pepper in half and slice into ½ inch slices vertically, then cut in ½ horizontally
3. Shred 3 unpeeled carrots
4. Dice 3 green onions, but keep green part in a separate bowl
5. Heat wok on medium high and put 1 tbsp vegetable oil in wokÂ
6. Put onion, green bell pepper, carrot, garlic, and green onion in heated wok
7. Stir for 5 min
8. Take out veggie in a bowl and keep to the side
9. Re oil wok with 1 tbsp of oil and crack 2 eggs into wok
10. Scramble eggs till little less than cooked(eggs will continue to cook with rice)
11. Take out eggs and put in same bowl as veggies and keep aside
12. Split rice into 3rds and put ⅓ into wok with ½ tbsp of oil
13. Stir rice for 3 min then take out in separate bowl, repeat step 12 and 13 till all rice has been fried then turn heat off
14. Layer rice, egg, veggies, soy sauce, and sriracha then mix once all ingredients in wok.
15. Serve and enjoy!
